Excellent Stay Near the City Center
convenient location comfortable bed strong pressure secured parking
I appreciated the convenient location near the train station. A short walk took me to the city center. The bed provided great comfort and I enjoyed the shower's strong water pressure. Secured parking behind the hotel was convenient.
The walls seemed thin as I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The reception staff were very cooperative and kind . They addressed my needs quickly. They offered helpful directions and provided information . The breakfast area staff worked hard to keep everything super clean.

exhibition site many choices coffee machine
The hotel is near the exhibition site, Fortezza da Basso. It is a short walk. The included breakfast offered many choices. The 24/7 coffee machine in reception was AMAZING!!!
The television had only one English channel.

smooth and easy stay
helpful staff prompt assistance local tips taxi arrangement
I found the staff helpful . they promptly assisted with directions and local tips. the receptionist efficiently arranged a taxi, convenient. also, the complimentary hot beverages in the lobby were a nice touch, especially on colder evenings. I loved that.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.
